Distinguished Advisor

Dato' Professor Dr. Nik Maheran binti Nik Muhammad

Dato’ Professor Dr. Nik Maheran is a prominent Malaysian academic in entrepreneurship and business education. She holds a DBA from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. With early experience at KLSE and LHDN, she brought industry insights into academia.
At Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), she led entrepreneurship development as Senior Director of UMKEI and served as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International) from 2021–2024. She has been a visiting scholar in Australia and the U.S., and is an alumna of the U.S. IVLP.
Affiliated with FPAM, CITM, and the Institute of Bankers Malaysia, she is also a Distinguished Fellow of Global Strategic Management Inc., USA. A dedicated advocate for women and community empowerment, she has mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs, bridging academia, policy, and practice.

Datin Rahmah Kassim – Founder & Chairman

Datin Rahmah holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, a Bachelor of Arts from New England College, USA, and an MBA Major in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, USA. She began her career in 1974 at the Ministry of Finance Malaysia as an Insurance Regulator. She then joined Bank Negara Malaysia from 1988 to 1995 and was responsible for formulating policies and data collection for the insurance industry in Malaysia.
In 1995, she left the corporate environment to be an entrepreneur and ventured into construction and property development. As the co-founder and major shareholder of Majulia Group, she is responsible for the group’s finances and formulating its operations and strategies.
In 2001, she ventured into a customer loyalty program known as ‘RealRewards’ and was a major shareholder and director of Electronic Commerce Technology Sdn Bhd (ECT), the company behind the programme. Following the programme’s success, she co-founded AIM Berhad, a regional BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) solutions provider, offering a broad spectrum of loyalty management services. She was a major shareholder and director of AIM Berhad, which was successfully listed in MESDAQ in 2006. With her experience in both public and private sector, she plays a major role in arranging financial source for all the companies in the group.

Puan Sharliza Shamsuddin – Director

Sharliza holds Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from City University, UK, and a Diploma in Actuarial Science from UiTM. With over 20 years of experience, she has developed a robust expertise in loyalty programs, business marketing, construction management, and organizational management
Additionally, Sharliza has significant experience in the payment systems business

Puan Zuraida Jusoh – Chief Executive Officer

Zuraida is the CEO of GAINE Academy, with over 30 years of experience across the automotive, insurance, loyalty, consulting, and education sectors. She holds qualifications in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Human Resource Management from Unitar International University and University of Malaya.
Known for her strategic vision and people-first leadership, Zuraida has played a pivotal role in transforming GAINE Academy into a regional leader in AI-driven education and digital innovation. Her leadership has been instrumental in aligning the academy’s growth with industry needs, driving talent development, and delivering measurable impact across Malaysia and Indonesia through mobility programs, digital entrepreneurship, and AI-based training initiatives.

Adjunct Professor Dr. Behrang (Hani) Parhizkar - Chief Academic Strategist

Adj. Prof Dr. Hani is the Group CEO and CTO of Chamrun Digital Group, with operations in Malaysia, Australia, and the UK. A PhD graduate from the University of Nottingham, he leads innovation across Chamrun’s subsidiaries in health, education, and digital solutions.
An Adjunct Professor at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, Dr. Behrang has advised over 100 organizations and helped generate RM1.3 billion in client revenue. Recognized for his impact, he was named Top Male Entrepreneur in Digital Transformation (2022) and led Chamrun to win Best Digital Business and Leading Digital Marketing Agency in 2023.
A visionary in tech and strategy, Dr. Behrang continues to shape the future of digital transformation with passion and purpose.

Zahra Gebril - Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Chamrun Digital

Zahra is a seasoned professional with over 7 years of leadership experience in digital innovation and education. As the COO of Chamrun Digital and Head of Chamrun Academy, she plays a key role in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and educational program development.
She holds a PhD in Visual Informatics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), a Master’s degree in Multimedia, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT Multimedia from Multimedia University (MMU). With 8 years of teaching experience, Zahra brings together academic depth and industry insight, specializing in digital media, visual computing, and tech-based education

Caroline Ang - Professional Trainer & Speaker of Chamrun Digital

Caroline holds DBA Candidate, University of Wales Trinity Saint David, UK is an experienced trainer and speaker with a strong background in talent development, governance, and innovation. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, UK.
She has been recognized as the Most Outstanding Growth Catalyst 2023 by The Knights Award and was honored as an Asian Outstanding Business Icon 2022 by the Taiwan Business Council.
Caroline serves as a Talent Expert Mentor with MDEC and an Industry Mentor with Talentbank Malaysia. She is also a Licensed Company Secretary, a Certified Corporate Governance Professional, and an Accredited Innovation Expert specializing in process mapping, digital transformation, and innovation strategy.
With a dynamic presence and over a decade of experience, Caroline brings energy and insight to every session she leads.

Ms Priscilla Selvaraju - Head, HR & Operations

Priscilla is the Head of Human Resources & Operations at GAINE Academy, with over 23 years of dedicated service since the company’s early years as RealRewards. She has played a key role in HR management, operations, and staff development, contributing to the organisation’s growth and excellence. Prior to joining RealRewards, she was with INTI College. Priscilla holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management from University of Malaya and is known for her commitment, integrity, and operational leadership.

Pn Juliana Shaharuddin - Head, Information Technology

Juliana is the Head of Information Technology at GAINE Academy, with over 20 years of experience in IT and web development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from UNISEL. Since 2013, she has led key digital initiatives at RealRewards/GAINE, including system automation and platform integration. Prior to that, she served as a Web Developer at HCity Sdn Bhd for 7 years.

Pn Kamariah Md Yusof - Head, Finance

Kamariah is the Head of Finance at GAINE Academy, with over a decade of experience in financial management, budgeting, and corporate reporting. She joined RealRewards (now GAINE Academy) in 2013, where she has since overseen financial operations, cash flow planning, and compliance for both local and international education projects.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and is known for her meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and sound financial governance. Kamariah plays a key role in ensuring the financial sustainability of GAINE’s education and digital transformation initiatives.

Professor Dr. Paisal Halim, M.Hum – Director (Indonesia)

Prof. Dr. Paisal is a senior academic at Universitas Nasional (UNAS), Jakarta, and the President of IPEST (International Professional Educators and Scholars Association). With a PhD in Sociology from Universitas Hasanuddin, he is widely recognized for his expertise in public administration, organizational performance, and sociology. His research contributions span e-government, innovation, and sustainability, making him a key figure in Indonesia’s academic and professional education landscape.

Professor Dr. Syamsiah Badruddin, M.Si - Director (Indonesia)

Prof. Dr. Hj. Syamsiah Badruddin, M.Si. is a senior sociology professor at Universitas Nasional (UNAS), Jakarta, with expertise in family sociology, social change, and public administration. She holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences from Universitas Hasanuddin and has published widely on sustainability, digital transformation, and social innovation. As a co-founder of IPEST, she actively promotes academic collaboration across the social sciences and education sectors.
